Vladimir Bogin, MD, ABIM, FACPE

For over 15 years, Vladimir has been involved in the drug development cycle, from basic discovery research, to clinical trial initiation, to multi-center Phase III and IV trials. Vladimir was trained at Yale and Brown and has held director-level positions with Big Pharma before founding the international contract research organization Cromos Pharma in 2005. He is advisor to numerous companies and non-profit organizations, while maintaining hospital privileges in Washington. Vladimir is an author of multiple scientific articles, chapters and books.

Andrey Tarakanov, MD
Managing Director, Moscow, Russia

Andrey has been in pharmaceutical industry for the last 7 years. He has worked in Russia’s leading CROs. He started as a CRA, quickly escalated to a Project Manager position and 3 years ago was appointed a Managing Director of Cromos Pharma. Andrey received his MD degree and specialty training in oro-facial surgery in Moscow Medical Academy.

Vladimir Krechikov, MD, MSc, PhD
Director of Business Development, Smolensk, Russia

Prior to joining Cromos Pharma in 2011 Vladimir participated in clinical trials as investigator,  then worked as CRA in global CRO and in business development at one of the biggest Russian CROs. He also has vast experience in organization of scientific national and international events all over Russia. Vladimir received MD degree in Russia and MSc degree in Queen Mary University of London in 2003. Being an author of more than 35 scientific publications in Russian and International journals Vladimir got PhD degree in clinical pharmacology  in 2010.

Tatyana Gudilina
Director of Finance, Moscow, Russia

Tatyana has been  in finances since 1993 when she started he career as economist in a Russian bank. After completion of postgraduate course at Russian Finance-Economics Institute in 1999 Tatyana became chief economist and in 2003 moved to the largest Russian state bank. In 2004 she got second higher education in law and joined Cromos Pharma in 2009 as a Director of Finance.

Vladlena Baranovskaya, MD
Project manager, Moscow, Russia

Vladlena received MD degree in therapy in 2001 at Moscow Medical Stomatology University. She spent more than 4 years  in medicine as a doctor and participated in plenty of clinical trials as a sub-investigator. After being a medical  representative at a big pharma company for a year she moved to one of largest International CROs in Russia to a CRA position. In 2008 joined Cromos Pharma as a senior CRA and was promoted to Project Manager in 2010.

Vera Balakireva
QA manager, Moscow, Russia

Before joining Cromos Pharma in 2009 Vera worked in International CROs as a CRA, then as Project Manager and then moved to Quality Assurance Department. As Quality Assurance Consultant she participated in foundation of several Russian companies now successfully operating in clinical research: “Avinex”, “Pharm Syndicate”, “Clinical Research Solutions”.
Vera graduated from the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, philosophy department in 1999. In 2009 she completed a course “Management of Marketing in Pharmaceutical Business” at Higher School of Economics in Moscow.  From 2010 Vera is a Lead Auditor (IRCA) in ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 19011:2002.
