Dr. Bogin is a Vice-President of RB Enterprises and a healthcare consultant to a number of pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Bogin is a former Senior Vice Minister of Health for the Moscow Region. Prior to that he held a position of Senior Vice Dean at the Moscow Medical University – the largest medical school in Russia. Dr. Bogin is a professor of medicine in Infectious diseases, has over 100 publications and a large number of book chapters and scientific presentations. Dr. Bogin received his degrees from the Moscow Medical University.

Frank D. Morrow, PhD, FACN Atlanta, GA, USA
Frank D. Morrow, the CEO of TROSS Laboratories, has nearly twenty years experience in the central laboratory arena. Prior to joining the TROSS management team in 2010, he was the Chief Operating Officer of LabConnect LLC, a global network of central laboratories, and from 2003 to 2007 served as the VP for global operations for Quest Diagnostics Clinical Trials. Dr. Morrow was the founding executive of Quintiles Laboratories, the central laboratory division of Quintiles Transnational, and served as its chief executive and Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) from 1991 through 2000. Prior to that, he was an assistant professor of clinical nutrition at Tufts University. Dr. Morrow completed his Ph.D. in clinical biochemistry at the University of Georgia in 1982 and a post-doctoral fellowship at the Harvard School of Public Health in 1984. He is the author of more than seventy publications and book chapters in refereed scientific journals in the areas of clinical nutrition, biochemical analytical methodologies, and in the design of advanced laboratory information management systems used in the central laboratory industry.

Nikolay Potekaev, MD, PhD, Professor Moscow, Russia
Professor N. Potekaev is Head of Moscow Scientific-Research Center of Dermatovenerology and Cosmetology of Moscow city. He graduated from Moscow Medical Academy n.a. I.M. Sechenov, continued his postgraduate education and research there and now he is Professor of Department of Dermal and Sexually Transmitted Diseases for Postgraduates of this university. Prof. N. Potekaev is a founder and President of Russian National Alliance of Dermatologists and Venereologists. He has intensive experience as a practitioner and researcher in dermatology and published over 300 papers including 9 monographs.

Sergey is an experienced entrepreneur, a private investor, and a consultant in the biotech industry.
