We are looking for a talented BD manager to become part of our team in Dublin. The role is full-time and reports to Business Development Director.


Your main responsibilities:
  • Assisting business development team in developing and implementing strategies for new products and services;
  • Pro-actively hunting for target organizations and establishing communications with those businesses that can benefit from Company’s services;
  • Creating a network of contacts, promoting company positive image and increasing its market awareness;
  • Proposing solutions for existing clients and winning business from new clients;
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer ser-vice as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business;
  • Developing presentations and reports for business development activities;
  • Meeting assigned targets by generating business from new and existing clients;
  • Ensuring proper update of the corporate profile, respective website pages, and social media presence;
  • Ensuring proper update of the CRM on daily basis in line with the set procedures;
  • Determining new opportunities by analyzing business needs;
  • Assisting business development team in increasing the company’s involvement with existing client;
  • Developing and delivering the business plans through carrying out research, formulating market analysis and delivering accurate business reports;
  • Developing and managing marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients.

You have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (a degree in administration or business field would be an asset);
  • Experience in clinical trials;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Sales background;
  • Computer literacy: proficiency in work with MS Office;
  • Good organizational, record retention, decision making, customer service, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to operate both individually and as part of a team;
  • Ability to work under time constraint; ability to establish and meet priorities, deadlines, and objectives;
  • Focus on quality, precision, and punctual delivery of results.
